Founded by powerhouse brokers Jordan Hurt and Krista Nickols in 2021, the team offers an array of premium creative and market intelligence services to sellers, developers, and buyers throughout Manhattan. They have been the exclusive brokers at several prestigious buildings throughout the city, including Cast Iron House in Tribeca and 219 East 44th Street in Midtown. Their ability to craft comprehensive brand experiences has driven higher sellouts and led to several record-setting sales in price-per-square-foot. Krista Nickols

Krista Nickols is a widely respected real estate advisor whose successful track record of over $500M in sales attests to her ability to identify and negotiate opportunities for her clients. She is noted for her patience, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Whether it’s recommending a high-quality lawyer to first-time buyers or using quantitative analysis to give investors insight on potential properties, she personalizes her service to meet her clients’ needs and goals.
An expert with new development projects, Krista represented 30 Park Place, the Four Seasons Private Residences Downtown, and led exclusive sales at Extell’s Central Park Tower on Billionaire’s Row. While at Central Park Tower, she managed the project’s overall marketing, PR, and social media strategy and forged strategic alliances and partnerships. Krista credits those accomplishments to her background at Citi’s Investment Bank and her time at Creative Artists Agency, where she established her relentless work ethic and honed her skills as a negotiator, respectively.
Krista ranked among the top agents in the city in resales before deciding to focus on ultra luxury new developments. She specializes in TriBeCa and loves working with buyers, investors, and developers. She has appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, and she has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from the University of Southern California. Outside of real estate, Krista is a mom to her two children as well as the family’s rescue dog, Lucy. She also enjoys spending weekends in the Hamptons.
Jordan Hurt

He regularly analyzed data for new developments, condos, co-ops, and townhouses all over the city, giving him a unique perspective on market trends and buying patterns. His professionalism and comfort while navigating the buying and selling process come from overseeing a 70-person sales team that produced more than $700M in yearly sales. He is well-versed in handling negotiations of any size, and he enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and investors at any price point. He has also been heavily involved in the launch of many high-profile new development properties all over the city.
Originally from Ohio, Jordan is an avid world traveler and loves going to concerts and playing guitar. He regularly volunteers at the New York City LGBTQ Center, and he likes cycling through the city and spending time with family and friends.

Martin Garcia

As a native New Yorker, Martin’s love and fascination for real estate stems from his lifelong experiences in the city, watching it grow and develop over the years. As a Sales Operations Manager for one of SERHANT’s high-performing teams with Krista Nickols and Jordan Hurt, he optimizes and manages the team’s sales, marketing, and CRM functions while enabling their overall growth and expansion efforts. Martin most previously served as a key member of a new development team whose exclusive marketing and sales efforts produced over $250M+ in sales last year. His experiences in Social Media & Digital Marketing have also influenced his unique perspective on marketing and sales strategies for properties all across the city.
Comfort, transparency, and a little bit of fun and excitement are what he brings to the table. Martin is most noted for his personalized approach with clients, understanding that every buyer’s and seller’s needs are unique and should be approached with the utmost care, consideration, and attention. His inspiration for the city’s architectural journey has him frequently analyzing the latest market and data trends on the newest developments in the city.
Martin graduated Magna Cum Laude Honors with a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media and Communications from the City University of New York. In his free time, you’ll find attending several fitness classes, exploring new cafes, and checking out the latest pop-up pastry shop in the city. Most often, however, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family and friends.
